•      Safety concerns

Clutter Luggers reserves the right to reschedule, delay, modify, or decline service where conditions require.

7. Prohibited, Restricted, and Specialty Items

Clutter Luggers reserves the right to refuse removal of items that are:

Hazardous or Restricted:

•      Chemicals, solvents, or fuels

•      Liquid paint

•      Asbestos

•      Biohazards or medical waste

•      Explosives or ammunition

•      Propane tanks

•      Industrial batteries

•      Tires (may incur surcharge or be refused)

•      Mold-contaminated materials

•      Sewage-contaminated items

•      Illegal materials

Specialty Items (Additional Charges May Apply):

•      Pianos, safes, hot tubs, pool tables

•      Concrete, dirt, or rock

•      Roofing materials

•      Construction debris

•      Appliances: Standard appliances are accepted and may incur a surcharge. Appliances containing refrigerants (refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners) require EPA-compliant Freon recovery and are subject to an additional handling fee. Pricing for these items is confirmed at time of service.

8. Unsafe Conditions and Infestation Clause

Clutter Luggers reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if unsafe conditions are identified, including:

•      Bed bug or cockroach infestations

•      Rodent infestations

•      Animal waste contamination

•      Hoarding conditions

•      Structural instability

•      Hazardous materials

•      Unsafe working environments

If hazardous or unsafe conditions were not disclosed prior to service, Clutter Luggers reserves the right to charge applicable trip or rescheduling fees as outlined in the applicable Service Agreement.

9. User Submissions

If you submit photos, videos, messages, contact forms, or reviews, you grant Clutter Luggers permission to use submissions for service purposes, store information, and contact you. You confirm you have authority to submit such information.

10. Communications and SMS Consent

By providing contact information, you consent to receiving:

•      Appointment confirmations

•      Service reminders

•      Arrival notifications

•      Customer service communications

•      Marketing communications (where permitted)

SMS / Text Messaging Terms:

•      Message and data rates may apply.

•      Message frequency varies.

•      Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

•      Reply HELP for assistance.

•      Consent to receive messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any service.

11. Privacy

Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

12. Intellectual Property

Payment terms, including card-on-file authorization and any applicable fees, are governed exclusively by the applicable Service Agreement or Estimate — not these Terms of Use.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." CLUTTER LUGGERS MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

18. Limitation of Liability
