Clutter Luggers, LLC ("Clutter Luggers," "we," "our," or "us") is a junk removal and property cleanout service based in Mesa, Arizona, serving the Phoenix metro and East Valley area. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, website visitors, and prospective customers.

It applies to our website, our quoting and booking process, and our on-site service delivery. By submitting an inquiry, uploading photos for a quote, booking our services, or signing our job authorization, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

2.1 Website, Phone, and SMS Inquiries

When you submit an inquiry or quote request through our website, by phone, or via SMS, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and service address or general description of items to be removed. As part of our quoting process, we also request that you submit photos of the items to be removed. Photos submitted for quoting purposes are handled as described in Section 2.4 and Section 8.

2.2 Booking and Scheduling

When you book a service through our online scheduling platform (Zoho Bookings), by phone, or via SMS, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and confirmed job site address. This information is used to schedule, confirm, and dispatch your service appointment.

2.3 Payment Information

Clutter Luggers operates on a card-on-file, no-AR model. When you approve your estimate and proceed to booking, your payment card is saved via a $0 authorization through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. This authorization confirms your card is valid but does not charge it. Your card is charged only after your job scope has been confirmed on-site and you have approved the final invoice amount.

2.4 Job Site Photos, Video, and Customer Likeness

Clutter Luggers collects visual and audio content at multiple points in the service process.

Photos for Quoting (Pre-Agreement): Photos submitted for quotes are used only for estimating purposes and purged on a regular basis.

On-Site Photos: Our crew photographs the job site before and after service. Photos may incidentally capture surrounding areas.

Video: Our crews may record video during service. Audio may also be captured.

Customer Likeness (Selfie): Optional customer photos may be taken with permission.

2.5 Job Authorization and Service Records

Customers sign a job authorization document via Zoho Sign. Records are retained as described in Section 8.
